Miguel, originally from Ecuador, maintains strong relationships with businesses in his home country, which inspired him to pursue high-quality produce for his ventures. His journey into the restaurant business highlighted a significant gap in the availability of authentic Latin American ingredients, fueling his vision to bridge this need.
